Rotary Hearth Heating Furnace

Heats the billet to the appropriate forging temperature.

Piercing

Also known as a piercing press, this machine is used to pierce a hole in the heated billet to create a hollow shell

Stretch Reducing Mill (SRM)

Used for producing smaller diameters with high throughput.

Straightening Machine

Corrects any bends or irregularities in the tube to ensure straightness.

Cold Drawing Machine

Used in the cold drawing process to enhance the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the pipes.

Annealing Furnace

Heat treats the pipes to relieve stresses and improve ductility and toughness.

Pickling and Passivation Line

Removes scale and other impurities from the surface of the pipes, and passivates the surface to enhance corrosion resistance.
